Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So about a week ago i got a standard update notification saying that "windows needs to update and will do so in 20ish mins unless i said no or said to update now" so i said update now since i wasn't in need of it for a while and i thought nothing of it at the time. After about an hour (the update notification happened at about 9:45 pm) i looked over to the computer only to see a dark screen that said "Preparing Automatic Repair" and still didn't really think much at the time. By the next morning the screen still had the same thing so i restarted the machine and got hit with a blue screen with the error code "INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE" so i looked around the internet and eventually contacted hp support through twitter. The reps said to do a system test through the UEFI, and afterwards said to do a system recovery. I did the system recovery(not backing up stuff because there wasn't anything important that couldn't be reinstated) and at first the computer seemed like it was right out of the box, asked for account email, new password, all the stuff that you'd expect from a new computer. After setting up the the basics, i noticed that the keyboard stopped working, so i turned off the computer and turned it back on. The keyboard worked for me to put in my password but then immediately stops during the start up, only starting again when when i fully turn off and on the computer, leaving the same problem. I've tried uninstalling the keyboard drivera and reinstalling them and that doesn't seem to work. If anyone could help fix that would be awesome.

Other info:

- i bought the computer about 15 months ago so no 1yr  warranty is remaining.

- ive tried calling hp support only to get hit with "pay for a possible repair or listen to a robot for 20sec before getting hung up on.
