My keyboard stopped working when typing yesterday. I thought it may need to be rebooted, so I turned off my computer. Now the power button is not allowing me to turn it back on. Please help, I have work due today.

To assist better:

  • May I have the exact name of the model of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
