Product: HP Chromebook 11a-na0502sa

I have the Chromebook 11a-na0502sa, and the z, x and the lshift are not working i tried all the ways in google support i created guest account and  etc but nothing seems to work, how can i fix it? also my chromebooks' battery drains kinda fast it lasts like 6-7 hours of usage but it used to last 12-24 hours i think. what are the solutions to the keys not working problem and the battery drain problem
