Hello and good time of day!
After a clean installation of Windows 10 in the swap of drivers and software, there was nothing of proprietary hp software. I started downloading the driver from site but was shocked when I realized that again there was nothing of hp omen central ops. In short, I need a central ops and everything in it is attached as in the latest versions of all products.
Thank you in advance for all help !!!
p.s. hp support assistent and geforce exp already installed but how to place them in the central ops?

Hi @eastvostok,
Good Day. A warm welcome to the HP community. I reviewed the case regarding problems with Omen Central Ops being lost after a clean Windows 10 install. Superb description, brilliant troubleshooting and terrific observations made before posting. Kudos to you for that. 🙂 I will be delighted to assist you here.
For better clarity, and to assist you correctly, I would require more information regarding this:
- Did you perform an installation of Windows10 from a retail version or from Hp recovery media?
For now, let me keep you informed about a few things.
IIf you install from retail Windows 10 disk then it could be lost because it wipes out the existing partition version of Windows. You will need to order HP recovery media and then install it on your computer. Please contact Hp phone support in this regard.
HP Technical Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: http://hp.care/2r9wSvP
- Once the support page opens please select the country in which you're located. Next, enter your HP model number on the right.
- Next, choose the 'Contact Support' tab at the top and scroll down to the bottom of the 'HP Support- Contact' page to fill out the form provided with your contact information.
- Once completed click the 'Show Options' icon on the bottom right.
- Lastly, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'Get phone number.' A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
They will be happy to assist you immediately.
If the unit is under warranty, the manufacturer’s warranty should take care of it for you.
Meanwhile, I will include a few links from previous HP forum posts authored by experts that have been accepted as solutions. This might help resolve the issue.
- Link 1: http://hp.care/2BI6qvG Omen Central Ops and HP Performance Analyzer
- Link 2: http://hp.care/2BGvaV4 Re: I need all the apps for the HP Omen
- Link 3: http://hp.care/2BI6taQ Re: GeForce Experience icon on HP Omen Central Operations
- Link 4: http://hp.care/2BI6viY Re: HP OMEN Control/Central Ops Deleted
- Link 5: http://hp.care/2BI6xY8 HP Omen Control Center (Where can I download it?)
Although it is for windows 8.1 it should ideally work with windows 10 also.
Please perform all these steps patiently as it is critical to resolving the issue. The trick is to remain patient. Going by your technical expertise and competence I am sure you will be able to perform these steps without breaking a sweat. 🙂
Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes.
To simply say thanks, please click the "Thumbs Up" button to give me a Kudos to appreciate my efforts to help.
If this helps, please mark this as “Accepted Solution” as it will help several others with the same issue to get it resolved without hassles.
Take care now and have a splendid week ahead. 🙂
