HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg2000 (4U8D7AV)

Laptop returned to HP as hinge on laptop has come loose, they wanted to charge £250 to repair it despite it being still in warranty and hardly used.. When you search online this is not an uncommon complaint. Had raised concern over the fact they suggested customer damage but they have now following 7 weeks of delay returned the laptop without notice unrepaired. The last discussion I had with ended with the customer service advisor telling me they would provide evidence to support the assessment it was customer damage. I have pictures of laptop which doesn't have a scratch or show nay signs of damage.

At this point I'm going to seek a full refund as laptop is not longer usable.
