Bought a new Laptop Envey360 16" win 11. after 2 weeks started having win issues. Called HP support and they told me that was not covered under warranty. To get help I would have to by a software warranty for $30 per month. Had I known this before bought it I would have bought another brand. This is my 3rd HP laptop and had always received free support.
