I've been trying to download things on my computer and it won't let me because it says the disk is full. I've deleted almost everything off of it to make sure there's enough room and that isn't working either. How can I fix this issue? I need my laptop to download things for classes coming up soon. Please help.

Hi:
See if you can free up more disk space as follows...
Run the disk cleanup utlity.
When the utility arrives at the window, click on the 'Cleanup system files' button on the lower left side of the window.
The utility will run again, and the window will reappear.
Check all of the boxes to delete the files, then click the OK button.
Very often the old windows update files exceed a couple of GB's.
