HP Recommended

Hi, after updating to Windows 11 I lost the keyboard and touchpad, everything works fine in the BIOS, when I enter the operating system I lose the keyboard and touchpad. I've already tried many options on the internet and drivers from the manufacturer itself and nothing works. A little disappointed with this issue, if there is a charitable soul I would greatly appreciate it.
