Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need help desperately, my laptop keyboard started to lag when i type been going on for a few days, done all the fixes i saw on YouTube nothings working uninstalled the driver restarted did all the things help.

i’m reinstalling bios now but now i’m stuck in ‘flashing boot block 99%’ it’s been like that for a long while now.
