Product: IdeaPad C340

Whenever I turned on my laptop it is like something is continuously pressing the up key. In my screen the cursor keeps on going up. It sometimes goes away when I press the down button but the problem keeps on coming back. My laptop is newly bought. I do not want this to cause a bigger problem soon.
