My tablet don't print in color. I already did two things
1. Remove the device and reinstalled and
2. Go to Setting
- click devices
- click on printer ans scanners
- click on the printer I use
- click the manage tab
- click printer preferences
- on the window clicj the tab Printer/Quallity and do not show the option to print in grayscale or color. The other computers, laptops and tablets show the option missing on my laptop and work perfectly. Please help me I need to print document in color and I have to sent it to my email and print it from my cellphone or tablet. I ask for help with the HP Virtual Agent and refer me with printer issues and the printer is not the problemThanks for your help

Welcome to HP support community.
Perform root level uninstalltion to remove all the printer related software's.
- In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
- Select your HP printer.
- Select Uninstall.
- In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
- In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
- Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
- Click on Drivers tab.
- Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
- Select OK.
- Remove all instances of the same.
- Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
- Close Devices and Printers.
- Restart the PC again.
Download and install printer full feature driver
Click here to download the driver.
Once you install the printer, change the bellow settings to print in color.
- Open Devices and Printers by clicking the Start button , and then, on the Start menu, clicking Devices and Printers.
- Right-click the printer that you want to use, and then click Printing preferences.
- Make your choices, and then click OK.
- Under option Print color select color , then the OK button.

Thanks a lot!!!!! The process on removing the printer from the laptop work, but I can't finish the installation because did'nt print a code that allow me to finish the istalation. Looking for the printer papers that I got when buy it, found the INSTALATION CD. My last HOPE. I follow again the remove process you send my and use the cd (with finger cross), and yes everything is perfec and working. Again thank you!
