Product: HP Notebook - 15g-br104tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have this HP Notebook - 15g-br104tx. It is one and a half years old and recently it developed a new problem that it started to shut down when the battery reached 20% it continued ever since and currently, the system shuts down at 45% of the battery.

Hello, I recommend to you execute a test of your battery and paste me all this results for know your batteries's state. For execute this test your battery need to be under 90%, and you need to use HP Support Assistant. 

If you don't have this software you can install it here: 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp95001-95500/sp95226.exe
