Good morning,
I hope you're well, but I have to express my extreme frustration with the horrendous customer service I've received regarding my HP Pavilion x360 Laptop. A few months ago, I purchased this laptop to gift to my brother and ship it in my home country. However, after only one month of use, it started behaving erratically, with problems like screen glitches featuring annoying circular cursors and severe overheating.
When I called the customer care helpline, to my astonishment, it connected me to a bank! The incompetence of the agent reached new heights as she (Lexie/) even provided me with an entirely incorrect technical support number, which led me to a medical representative. To top it off, the warranty status check shows that it has already expired, even though it hasn't even been a full year since the purchase. This whole experience has been a shining example of exceptionally poor customer service.
