Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, I have an issue on my laptop. I bought this HP Victus 16 RTX 4060 and i7 13700HX like couple weeks ago. The issue is on the fan, it suddenly stopped like 0 rpm I tried to goes manual doesn't work, goes for maximum doesn't work, auto doesn't work either. But if i restarted the laptop it works like nothing happened, but not long when I started playing some games it suddenly stopped again, how I fix this issue?

Hi @viquersvikers,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

Try updating BIOS using the serial number of your unit. Click here

Have you made any changes to your software or OS?

Does it happen only when playing games or when using normally?

Please help us with more details along with the exact product number.

Is it overheating or making a noise?

Keep me posted for further assistance.
