HP Stream Notebook - 11-r014wm (ENERGY STAR)ample: Pavilion 65XX
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have sent a question two days ago on how to manage the low storage of HP stram notebook 11-r014wm energy star . The answer was to wipe off and download new windoows . However, when I tied to  reset my HP computer to factory settings , it stopped at 54 % and gave me cancel signal with no other options then when I tried to turn on the computer it freezes on HP signal and nothing after that , it dose not open any screen further . What shall I do now to open the laptop ? no external battery in this notebook and I do not know what to do now ? can anyone help and  send a link for steps or video how to do that please ?

Many thanks

I am aware of the problems users are having with the low storage space on a Stream notebook.  It sounds as though the method that was described was to install Windows 10 from a USB flash drive after wiping the drive and then reinstall Windows 10.  That, IMHO, is different than resetting the notebook to factory settings.  With a working PC, make the media from the tool found here:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Scroll down to the "Using the tool to create installation media" and follow the directions for the USB creation.  Then boot the Stream notebook to this new media and have the install routine install on the clean hard drive.
