HP ZBook Studio G5 Mobile Workstation

Recently I bought a second-hand mobile workstation. It is an HP Zbook studio g5 Mobile workstation. Everything is fine with this device but I'm facing a lag issue with it. 1 out of 3 times when the laptop is turned on it starts to lag the windows or mouse. Not every time but sometimes. And this is too annoying as sometimes it takes too long to fix and sometimes the lag goes away quickly. When in a state of lag I try pressing win+ shift+ crtl+ R which refreshes my screen and the lag goes away. Furthermore when 1 out of 3 times this happens it does not go away immediately it takes too long and sometimes several times of lag and then the machine fixes itself or sometimes I restart it. To find out where the problem may be I opened Event Viewer and there I found a list of errors and info related to this. It was an error generated for an application crash: faulting application crash smart audio3. Every time I see the lag and the exact same time these entries are created in the event viewer. So it is confirmed that the problem is with smartaudio3. I have tried reinstalling the windows but the problem is still there. I have attached a picture of the problem. from Event Viewer

Please do let me know how to fix this.

M.Osama
