My laptop details are here
Laptop Type - HP Notebook
Product Number - V5D75PA#ACJ
Windows version - Windows 10 Pro 64-bit Version: 18363.592
My laptop getting shut down with a cut sound randomly, Sometimes it works for hours and sometimes it shut down in minutes. This is so random.
My laptop is not heating and CPU fan also seems to work fine.
I have tried the following things so far
- Tried the hard reset.
- Reinstalled the battery PCI driver after reducing the battery level 15 % and restarting the machine.
- Updated BIOS and all drivers from HP support assistant.
- Windows 10 is also up to date.
Please let me know what problem can it be or how can I troubleshoot it and fix it,
Any help will be so helpful.
