Product: HP Laptop 15s-gr0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My laptop gets stuck every time i log into microsoft teams and even the task manager will not work. Finally i have to long press the power button to restart the computer each time. i am not able to operate my daughters online classes in Teams.
Should i up grade my computer in anyway to better my performance. Please help.

According to the HP specs, your model laptop has a Ryzen 5 processor -- and that is ample for what you are trying to do.
This is most likely a Teams setting, but since this is a Microsoft product, we have no way to diagnose or fix problems with it.
You would have to contact Microsoft Support to solve the Teams issue.
