I recently purchased a laptop through the HP online store (CEPP). As part of the same order, I also opted for a warranty upgrade for an additional two years and an Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) upgrade covering all three years.
While I have received the laptop, the warranty has not been updated to reflect the additional coverage. Additionally, I have not received the CarePack certificate. There has been no information provided during or after the order process, or even after delivery, regarding how the additional warranty and upgrade will be provisioned or the timeline for the same.
Can someone support with this ?
