Product: New Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am a senior, and unaware of modern day computer logistics. My current HP laptop is on it's way out, and I have no idea after I purchase a new one, how to set it up. If there is anyone I need to contact, Like HP, or my current Verizon company ?

When you purchase a new computer and need any assistance in setting it up, you may write to us with the product name and model number. 

 

Or, you may also contact phone support who can help you via remote assistance. 

 

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.

Please check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.
