I sent my laptop to HP for repair. They fully acknowledge that there is an issue in the laptop board. They also tell me during call that we find issue in the board and are trying to resolve it once we get the parts. After 2 weeks they said we are running short of parts. I contact helpline several time and they said we are in contact and will call you once the issue resolved. In short after almost 4 weeks i received the laptop without repair with a letter which is stating that issue is due to accidental damage. However i call again to helpline and they told me the center don't have parts in this region and therefore we can not repair it, and you go to the country of purchase. IS HP NOT A MULTINATIONAL COMPANY?. The same center in the letter is asking for a chargeable repair, whereas the laptop is in warranty.
There is no problem of mishandling the laptop, as the laptop charge when its turned-off and don't charge when it is switched-on. It is a clear problem of laptop-board or internal parts, but the reason given is i must say is a complete lie. It wasted a lot of time.

Hi,
I contacted helpline several time and i am doing since one month. Every time they said we will call you in 24 hours, but i am still waiting. Even they send my laptop unrepaired. First they said we donot have parts, we are waiting for parts and next they send me a letter that your laptop damage is can not covered by HP, and you bring it back to the purchase location. The laptop is in warranty. Is this a fraud warranty or what?. They are telling a lie like a substandard third class company? Even the local companies behaves in a much better way.
