Product: Go windows 10 64bits
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My laptop will not let me access camera nor any other apps and a pop up appeard an says driver updates required 8 of them.and it tells me to put a registration key in or purchase one and im on disability snd domt have money to purchase a key so jow do I fix this.im.also 42 and pretty new when it comes to stuff like this

HP does not charge any money for driver updates, so this sounds like you've been infected by malware that is trying to get money out of you.
Please provide us the model information of your laptop, and we need to know how old it is.
