Product: HP ProBook x360 11 G2 EE Notebook PC

I tried switching my laptop on earlier and I had no display as the screen was black and the Caps Lock LED indicator blinked 5 times. I've tried various methods to try and get it up and running including the BIOS recovery with USB but to no avail. Any help on the subject would be much appreciated.
I use the HP Probook x360 11 G2 EE.

I had the 5 times blink caps lock and the black screen after a ram upgrade (hp envy x360) i fix it withdrawing a metal plate that covers the ram, i hope it helps someone
