Product: HP ProBook 445 G8

I got a HP ProBook 445 G8 in November 2022 and I am running into issues with it now. It doesn't turn on anymore. I'm trying to check warranty information/ get support, but when I enter my serial number in the HP website, it pulls up information for some old retired " HP Pavilion Sleekbook 14-b033tu". I got the serial number from the back of the laptop and my order confirmation email. This makes no sense. How do I find the right serial number?

Enter the serial number in the search window at the link below and see if it provides two models...yours and the retired one.
