HP USB-C G5 Essential Dock
Microsoft Windows 11

I know this question is like many others, but none of the other solutions have worked for me.

I have an HP USB-C G5 Essential Dock, which I have had for a number of months. It is primarily connected to a 2019 Apple Mac laptop, but sometimes I connect it to my Razer Blade 15 (running windows 11).

As of yesterday my laptop no longer recognises the docking station, but my 2019 mac, and new 2022 mac both do.

I have tried:

- Updating my laptop (it is on the latest windows version)

- Updating my laptops drivers/BIOS (all are up-to-date)

- Unplugging/plugging in the docking station

- Hard restarting my laptop

- Disconnecting the station from power to restart it

I have the 2 displays, 4 usb devices, and ethernet connected to the station, all work when it's plugged into one of my macs, none work when it's plugged into my Razer.

Plugging all devices directly into my laptop, they all work. If I plug a monitor into a USB-C adapter and plug the adapter into my USB-C port on my Razer, the monitor works.

The only thing at all different since my laptop worked, was I have a new mac laptop which has been connected to the docking station for the last week, but that had no issues.
