Product: HP omen 16
Hey guys, I have an hp omen 16. When i was playing a game it randomly switched to my second monitor only. (So the main screen was displayed on my second monitor and the main laptop screen was just black.)
When this happens my keyboard doesn't function and just nothing works. The only thing i can do is use my mouse that still functions to hit either restart or shut down.
But when i hit restart it just shuts down and when it shuts down it won't turn on for a very long time. I can hold the power button as long as i want but its just not working.
Does anyone know what to do here?
