My laptop touchpad is not working. When I tried to lodge a warranty complaint, I was told that my warranty has expired - this is wrong and happened due to non-updation of warranty in HP systems - I have subsequently provided all the details about the revival (payment, HP order confirmation, HP order delivery, original purchase invoice, etc. It has been 14 days since the issue was raised, but HP has not yet updated their system - I am not sure when will I get the service from HP, for which I have a valid warranty. There seems to be no way to escalate this issue, as I keep getting email from HP each day to say that update will be available in 24/48 hours. I am at my wits end. What to do?
