HP Notebook - 15-db0011dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Does anyone know why my HP laptop Model 15-db0011 dx won't accept any version of Windows 10 after version 1909.  Versions 2004(20H1), 20H2, 21H1 and 21H2 all fail?  I have tried everyone's suggestions from the Microsoft Community, but nothing works.

Hello @gpascott

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

(1) Windows 10 Version 1909 -> End of servicing on May 11, 2021

It's simply too old and upgrade will not work...

--->>> Reinstall the operating system

Use the official Microsoft method:

After installation is done, download and install HP drivers

Thank you for your response.  I had already tried to do as you suggested, but the computer wouldn't accept the install.  I have since found the problem was an out-of-date bios driver, which I remedied, and have successfully re-installed Windows 10 to the latest version.   I appreciate your effort.
