My laptop HP PAVILION X 360 14-ba079TX won't charge while the laptop is turned on . It only charge when the laptop is totally shut down. The charging port showing white light = full charging while the pc is on when the battery is not even full and it does not even charging at all .Do suggest me some method that will totally work for my problem . Thank you so much.

Sounds like you have a bad battery there buddy.  HP provides software to test the battery cores and capacitors.  You may want to check that out.

 

But if it's charging while off but not while on and all indicator lights are lit and good, that means either the power cord is not passing a high enough voltage / amperage through and should be replaced.  Or the battery is not able to store / transfer power throughout the cores effectively and needs to be replaced.  Or your motherboard is dying and circuits between the battery and charging port are fried and the board needs to be replaced. 

 

BTW, HPs battery diag tool is terrible.  Lots of false negatives.  I have 60 bad batteries and it has caught maybe 6 of them for me.
