Product: HP 15-dy0000 Laptop PC (54W88AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
My laptop won't come out of sleep mode, while it is allowed in the settings and the device manager to do this when pressing a key on the keyboard. Multiple times, I removed the keyboard from the device manager but this didn't solve the problem. When using an external keyboard, it works most of the time to get the laptop out of sleep mode, so I really don't know what's causing this problem.
