Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got my laptop for 2-3 days and I noticed that even when I turn the it off, I still can connect mouse and charge my phone with  it.

After a night of doing nothing the computer's battery dropped from 100 to 91%.

I tried to follow some guides online. (Turn off the “turn off fast start-up”, at first it was unticked, so I ticked that option and then unticked it and restart the laptop) but nothing helped.

Please help!

Thank you!

Hi

My suggestion is that you do not want Fast Start Up enabled.

There is a shutdown command you can type...

Thank you for your reply. As I mentioned above, I’ve tried to enable and disable the fast star-up option but it didn’t help.

Hi

And the rest of the answer?

C:\>shutdown.exe /?
Usage: shutdown.exe [/i | /l | /s | /sg | /r | /g | /a | /p | /h | /e | /o] [/hybrid] [/soft] [/fw] [/f]
[/m \\computer][/t xxx][/d [p|u:]xx:yy [/c "comment"]]

shutdown /s /t 60

Shuts down the computer after 60 seconds.
