How to start Optimize your performance from HP support; when I clicked on Launch, nothing happened.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... and I would like to help you.

(1) Uninstall HP Support Assistant

https://www.howtogeek.com/714132/8-ways-to-uninstall-a-program-on-windows-10/

(2) Reboot

(3) Install HP Support Assistant 9.x

https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/hp-support-assistant

Direct Download:

https://ftp.ext.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp140001-140500/sp140482.exe

Requires Windows 10 RS4 or higher.

 

If you received an incompatible operating system message during HP Support Assistant installation, please download and install the Legacy version

 

(4) Reboot and test again ...

(5) Please report your results
