Hi @FiDodd,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Linking your device to Microsoft 365 (MS365) typically involves setting up your MS365 account on your device to access Microsoft services such as Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, and others. The exact steps can vary depending on your device (e.g., Windows PC, Mac, Android, iOS). Here are general guidelines for some common devices:

For Windows PC:

  1. Access Accounts Settings: Go to Settings > Accounts.
  2. Email & Accounts: Select Email & accounts on the sidebar.
  3. Add an Account: Click on Add an account and choose Microsoft account. Follow the prompts to sign in with your MS365 account credentials.

Troubleshooting Tips:

  • Check Internet Connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
  • Correct Credentials: Double-check that you are using the correct email and password for your MS365 account.
  • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): If you have 2FA enabled, make sure you complete this step during login.
  • Software Updates: Ensure your device's operating system and any relevant apps are up to date.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
