 This person tells support this link doesn't work. Banhien a Expert said it dose work but slow. I tested it no it doesn't work.

Hey there

 

So I'm trying to download the user manual, the service and maintenance guide and the preventing drive failures guide for my laptop but the links to all of these PDFs lead to a "oops" page. Could a HP rep send me these files or fix the links? Thanks!

Hi:

 

The manuals are the same for any 15-ec2000 model series notebook product number.

 

This page works fine for me.

HP only has the service manual for the older 15-ec0xxx model series available.

 

There is nothing newer.

 

The service manual's file size is too large to attach on this forum as it exceeds the 5 MB attachment size limit.

 

Here is the direct link to that manual, which is all I can provide since the problem with accessing the manuals appears to be on your end only.

I've attached the preventing drive failure guide as well as the user guide you requested.

I encountered the same problem; couldn't find a valid link anywhere.  Then I saw something that led me to try a different browser.  I was using Firefox 110.0 which didn't work and then tried Opera 102.0.4880.78 which took me directly to the manual which I was able to download.
