I had upgraded my HP Envy Sleekbook 4-1103tu from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 and recently formatted it. I tried to use the HP Support to install al drivers and softwares which were pre-installed, but did not find most of them. Could you please list down the drivers and softwares to be installed along with their download links if possible. Also, the alternative functions for the function buttins seems to have been jumbled up, like f13 is designated to be the wifi toglle button on the keyboard but it controls the airplane mode now instead. A solution to this problem would be appreciated as well.

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

The problem is that HP does not supply Win10 drivers for your PC; thus, it's not a simple matter of providing a list of driver download links.  HP only guarantees Win10 compatibility for machines made after August, 2013. HP is no longer producing Win10 drivers for the older machines.

This means that your PC is most likely NEVER going to be fully functional under Win10 because the drivers it needs for full functionality simply do not exist! This is especially true if your PC has switchable graphics because, in this case, the ONLY drivers that will work properly are the OEM drivers that were written for that hardware.

To restore full functionality, you would need to do a factory reset using HP Recovery Media to its original pre-installed OS.

If that page shows Win10 when you open it, then select Windows 8.1 using the pull-down to get the Win8.1 page.

All drivers offered by HP will be listed on that page.
