Product: HP Elite Dragonfly Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am wondering if there is a way to translate a video I am streaming. I am researching the Siege of Leningrad and there are videos in Russian and German. I only speak English. I cannot download the videos so it would have to require a program where the laptop mic picks up the audio and translating in text, I guess. Is this a thing? If you are not aware of this thing but have an alternative that would work I would also appreciate that. Thank you for your time.

That is a good idea, unfortunately no "interpreter" software available on market today as I know. On normal conferences, they still have to use REAL people.
