I am trying to load windows 10 onto the system that allready has windows 7.However the Usb I made with rufus seems to be recognised only the windows screen will come on for a little while then dissapear and reboot .After the reboot I tried repairing computer option and safemode ,ect.when I boot from the hard drive WIndows 7 will appear.However I cannot seem to break or change the password from the cmd.prompt to access the drive .Any tips?

If the drive is password-protected, we can not assist you with bypassing that, as that is a violation of forums policy.
Also, since that is most likely done in the BIOS, you won't be able to install another OS to bypass that, either.

If you are not prepared to spend the money to get HP to replace the motherboard for BIOS password resets, you could take the PC to a local repair facility to see if they can do it for you -- but we are unable to assist in that.
