Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I literally cant open the settings app. Yes, ive tried the different ways to open it: from taskbar, from desktop, from various programs and clicking 'all settings', etc. nothing works. Any commands I try to type in a command prompt (ex: ms-settings: [I forgot exactly how you type it in as i am typing this question out later, but i copied it off the article that said to run the command so I couldn't have typed it wrong.]) return with something like 'this term <insert command name> is not regognized'. Yes, I am running it as administrator.

heres a page from the prompt

I have also tried the troubleshooter, it did not fix the problem. I do not have the means to redownload the operating system as I am not the person who owns this pc and dont want to **bleep** up any files.

Did further research. My claim that the commands do not apply still does, with the exception of one: Turns out i am a dumbass. The command isnt scf, it is sfc. ill see what it finds a post back if its anything useful. Yes, i tried the other commands again. only this one works
