I’m just trying to get into my computer to use it to create a job resume .. or wipe the whole computer clean . I have been on the Microsoft support phone number they pointed me to online support and all lead to “services are down at the moment please try again later” I have been “trying again later” for two months now . I just want to use my computer .. & I don’t want to take it into a shop .. I don’t have enough money right now I called them and they said it would be $125 right off the bat .. but I don’t have any money so please help me do it at my house

You need to tell us specifically what is happening when you turn on your laptop and try to login to it.
