I am using Chrome to log into HP.COM. When I try to log in using my primary Chrome/Google profile, I get the normal sign in dialog but when I click the SIGN IN button it fails. There is an error message:

INVALIDREQUEST

X-request-id: 20569340-578e-11ec-8de9-0b542bbaeb5c.41ec0290-5c09-11ec-8de9-0b542bbaeb5c

NOTE: the X-request-id is different with each attempt. When I use a different Chrome/Google profile I usually but not always have success. I am sure that the message is being generated from HP.COM but it must have something to do with the data for HP.COM that's in the profile. I really DO NOT want to totally reset the profile since I will loose a great deal of helpful data from the profile. TIA. Rick.

I did find a discussion of a similar problem where the respondent said "As it turns out, I had to take all my privacy settings for browsing OFF, then it works". I'm not sure what this means. I looked at my Chrome security settings and could not find one for safe browsing that looked more restrictive than normal.
