Thanks for this, anyway ive been troubleshooting the last problem, the cd drive, and i ordered the same model off of ebay. Trying it in the laptop i still get no recognition of it inside of windows, the door opens up and it gets power on both but as i said it doesnt show up in windows and even trying a disc doesnt get up an autoplay prompt
