Looking to upgrade my RAM in my Elitebook 810

My  EliteBook is running a little slowly and I'd like to add some RAM to  speed things up.

I only need 8 GB, but I'd love some help in finding out which  specific RAM card to buy and where to get it, if possible.

you can put 12 gb (8+4) of DDR3L-1600 ram.
