I have an HP OmniBook X Laptop 14-fe1003dx (A9FF7UA) laptop computer and when I reinstalled my current version of windows to fix a problem I now have no audio driver/device and my speaker Icon has an x over it. How can I restore the audio on this computer?

Thank you but none of these fixes worked. The chipset download extracted the files but they never installed. There was also no audio test found in the HP diagnostics.
I still have the same issues, No audio, the speaker icon has an x on it and there is no battery indicator available for the task bar and no battery and power category in my system settings or in the device manager. I have yellow triangles in the following items in the device manager.
