Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I apologize beforehand for not posting in the right board, I'm not sure where to go for this.

So on August 24 of this year, I purchased a Care Pack product (HP 1yr PW Pickup Return Envy NB SVC, order number H370765164) from the HP website, but I have yet to receive it in the mail. I've double-checked with my apartment's office to make sure it wasn't mixed up with other's mail, but they couldn't find it. I received a confirmation e-mail and a product registration e-mail afterwards as well, so I know my payment went through and it apparently was shipped out. I can provide the e-mails if needed for proof of purchase or anything like that.

I suppose my question is, is there a way to resend my carepack information or perhaps a way to look up the CarePack serial number so I can register it to my laptop? Otherwise, if I can't, does that mean my PC is unprotected and I'm down $135?

Any help would be appreciated.

Kayley

Welcome to the HP Community Forum - we are a community of HP enthusiasts!

"Way back when" Care Pack materials used to come to us in package that was mailed to us.

In my own experience, Care Pack is now an "electronic" delivery, that is, you should receive an email that provides the necessary information about your purchase.

Whatever the case, you can get it straightened out.

This number might work - although the number is for "purchase", it is likely you can be transferred to the right department.

else, do contact HP Technical Support, explain the issue, and get help:

Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

Sorry, but this is just a community self-help forum staffed by volunteers. HP maintains no official presence here and we are not authorized to deal with product ordering or shipping  issues.

For these issues, you will need to contact HP Customer Support directly.

If you live in the US or Canada, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/phone-assist.html#section1

If you live elsewhere, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html

NOTE: After you get through, stay on the line until you are finally able to talk to some one -- it can take a while!

If you have trouble finding a phone number, then try: 1 (800) 474-6836

---------------------------------------
However, HP Customer Support is generally not available on the weekends, so you might have to wait until Monday to contact them.

Good Luck
