Hi. I faced with this issue when i was playing ArmA-3 i checked omen gaming hub and saw my gpu was operating at %20.
i tried litterally everything for fps boost on ArmA-3 and it didnt worked. and the strange fact is im getting same fps in different graph settings. I think my IGPU is the key point in this problem. i think my gpu is not taking the load and letting my igpu take it instead.
i have 8 gigs of ram
3050ti
r5 6600h
i tried other settings in arma launcher then i dont know what happened but my fps dropped by nearly 50 and game started to kick me out in some point. (suddenly closes without notification and blacks out OS) then i reinstalled gpu drivers , it fixed blacking out issue but i still get 50 lower fps from where i started to try to get better performance. also im getting lower fps in other games like war thunder. i should be able to get 100fps without DLLS in that game but im roughly getting 100 (sometimes 80) with DLLS On. please help me to fix this problem. at least let me go back to the point i started. I also tried to disable IGPU it made everything worse when its disabled
both power consumption and gpu perf settings are in high mode ( i set it to high perf on windows's game graph settings too)
