Hi I’m a complete tech novice. Product number [Personal Information Removed]

Basically I’ve constantly got low disc space every time there’s an update I have to delete things. Got to a point where I can’t delete any more. I only have 3 programs installed! The rest is what was already on the lap top for example Xbox which I don’t use and can’t seem to delete. Any help really appreciated feel like this laptop was a waste of money ☹️

Your machine only has 32GB eMMC for storage. I don't know why you bought it in the first place. Please use the following guide
