HP Notebook 15-da1041TU
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Sir,

I purchased a HP Laptop [Product Name : HP Notebook 15-da1041TU, Product No 6FS90PA, Sl No. [personal information removed]) on 24.05.2019 from HP World, (Tristar Gadgets), Marappalam, Trivandrum, Kerala, India, for my Son  [personal information removed]. The copy of invoice (No.B 2342 dated 24-05-2019) is with me. As experienced some processing delay, the system was formatted by me in the above firm itself on last week. Unfortunately, I forgot the email id provided for activating the M.S.Office (Home & Student) on purchase time. Hence,  I am unable to retrieve the PRODUCT KEY of software and also to reactivate the original version of MS Office software in my Laptop.   In this situation, I request that necessary action may please be taken to retrieve my lost PRODUCTKEY / email id based on my System No at the earliest. After purchase, no email/call from HP has been received so far. So, I understand that the dealer did not used my ID to activate the MS Office. So I doubt that there is possibility to activate MS office by using their own email  id by the dealer/workers in the SHOP purchased purposefully. When contacted, the dealer is saying that they are helpless.

As per my memory, the data shown below had been given to the above firm regarding this purchase.

NAME: SUDHIR K,

[personal information removed]

The Mobile No. shown in the invoice was not for me, it was the Mob No of the Manager of Finance firm which was financing for the purchase.

I also request that please conduct a verification based on my laptop Sl No, to know whether anybody has been used my PRODUCT KEY to activate MS office in their system and to block them from the operation and to returned mw the same.

With Regards, SUDHIR. K.

END,
