Hi, I purchased the McAfee Livespace  one year subscription from HP website. My bank account was charged but I have not received the email confirmation either from HP or from McAfee. Can anyone advise me to whom should I contact to receive the confirmation email?

If you haven't received a confirmation email for your McAfee Livesafe purchase from the HP website, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Check Spam/Junk Folder:

  • Sometimes, confirmation emails may end up in your spam or junk folder. Ensure you check these folders in your email account.

Contact HP Support:

  • Visit the HP Customer Support page.
  • Look for contact options such as live chat, email support, or a phone number. Explain your situation, including details such as the purchase date and the email address used for the purchase.

Contact McAfee Support:

  • Visit the McAfee Support page.
  • Use their contact options to reach out to customer service. Provide them with the details of your purchase and the email address used.

Check HP Account:

  • If you have an HP account, log in to see if the purchase details are available under your account's order history.

I got a confirmation email today, but as I was not sure whether the link and code is Legit, then I contacted HP support team in Canada and they confirmed that the email is legit. Thank you for your help.
