Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
MY PC COMES WITH PRE INSTALLED WINDOW 10 & MS OFFICE 2016. LATER I HAVE UPDATED OFFICE INTO 2019 THRU PC UPDATES. NOW THE OFFICE IS CORRUPTED DUE TO SOME VIRUS AND NOT OPEN PROPERLY AND THE WORD/EXCEL FILES LOGO IS ALSO CHANGED (ONLY PLAIN FILES) CAN BE SEEN ON SCREEN. CAN ANYBODY HELP ME TO CORRECT IT. I AM NEW LAPTOP USER. THANKS

You can't just UPDATE Office 2016 to Office 2019 -- they are different products. You have to install the second and pay for that, over what you had with the first.
Additionally, the version of Office that comes preloaded on HP PCs is a trial version -- and I'm not aware that version can be updated without first purchasing the retail version.
If Office got corrupted by malware, your only recourse would be to reinstall Office 2019.
