MS Office Installation for HP Pavilion thin and light 14-dv05XXX Windows 10 64 bit

Hi Support,

I've bought a HP Pavilion Thin and Light 14-dv0XXX laptop from Amazon and it was mentioned that the laptop will come with Microsoft Office Home and Office 2019 but I didn't find the installation.

In almost every case the Office software included with the computer is Trial software, that is, software that can be used for a limited time before the customer must purchase the software / subscription to continue using that software.

If you purchased your device from the HP Store:

If the device came with specific software installed, that is, OTHER than the standard TRIAL software, then you will have likely received a license key with the confirmation / purchase paperwork email.

Regardless, you must contact the Store to have this sorted - our Community is not in any way related to the Store or any purchase / sales / support department.  We do not have (nor do we want to have) any of your purchase information.
